Simon Tong and The Verve

Simon was invited to The Verve in 1996 as guitarist and keyboard player. The initial idea was to replace Nick McCabe after his conflict with Ashcroft. But after McCabe returned Simon still remained with the band until the next break-up in 1999. In 2007 The Verve reunited again, but this time without Simon Tong.
